My Narsum only highlights a few of my problems but not all, will this be updated?

I guess the meb is being done at my base and if they feel I'm unfit for duty they will route it up to afpc. At that point does another narsum get filled out stating all my problems mentally and physically? I only ask since my Narsum mostly talked about my anxiety and depression that I've been struggling for years but not any of my physical issues.

In my experience, I got 2 NASUM's the first one was was just for the unfitting conditions. the second one came later and was a lot more detailed.
