it says SM would be unable to maintain steady civilian employment. And there is a requirement to montior or continue treatment for the chronic beyong 12 months? My question is could my percentage go up? It was marked for 70%. Thank you all

I believe it’s a 50/50…

70 percent off jump is pretty good. But you’re not going to know what your actual percent will be until your findings from the PEB comeback.

To my understanding, its going to depend on who is rating your C&P exam up at the VA.

The VA DBQ indicates 70%. DoD must use the VA percentage.

The verbiage you refer to could be taken to support 100%. Once you’re found unfit for MH, work with your PEBLO to file a VARR.
