Just FYI/FYSA- I just got a call from the Army FPEB rescheduling a Formal PEB hearing from 9 OCT to 7 NOV. I was thinking this might be a pending government shutdown issue, but it was mainly due to the end of the fiscal year and the Army losing many PEB Adjudicators/Hearing Officers. Apparently, there are many recalled or on short tours who may not have funding to return. Do not be surprised if there are systemic delays for Army PEBs generally and FPEBs in particular.

Resource 'Warrior in Transition Leader Medical Rehabilitation handbook'
This not "necessarily" an "official" publication- that is, it does not hold the force of law and does not set policy. That said, it contains very useful information about how Army IDES is supposed to work.
