I feel you had that same timeline until my stuff went back to the VA from post qa and now I have no idea where I am at. Luckily going on leave next week and going to forget about this process for a little while.
Ladies and Gentlemen I finally got the call(really an email) lol
17AUG21- start second med board
23Sep21- Finished VA exams
18Oct21- Package sent to PEB(don’t know accepted date)
Dec 21- VA second exam for feet.
02Feb22- found unfit
25Mar22- VA closed
21Apr22-signed findings 20%DOD and 100% VA

I actually called the PEB today and they answered(yes I was shocked lol) I knew my PEBLO had my results before the email.
