Day 46 and counting no progression ebenifits still stuck in gathering evidence since recieved on 25 Jan 2012, (yeah, not a typo) I am seeing people on here getting their well deserved ratings hope the system is pushing along and not stagnating cant wait for my DA 199 to come and I can get my retirement date set and get to bigger and better things seems like my life is at a standstill waiting for these proposed ratings that seem like they will never come. Keeping my head up and trucking along as much as I can for how long without loosing my mind time can only tell.
Thats awesome. Your MSC should be able to verify that for you. Within 24-48 hours, your PEBLO should be able to see your proposed ratings prior to getting your 199 once the PEB updates the system with them.

Is that whats yours said? Did it go from pending approval back to review of evidence and than have a historical claim at the bottom. I dont know who my MSC is who would i call to find that out? Also the PEBLO says no new information yet. It says it was completed on 23 March wonder if it needs two buisness days.

Yes I did view my 199 this past Friday. I have an appt with legal today to review it. If all is well, i'll sign it and return to the PEBLO and move onto transition.
Mine never said that and still does not. The only update I ever got on my ebenefits page is it just added "requested separation documents" in the, "what we still need from others" section. Couple days later, I had my proposed ratings and 199. It seems its raters preference in regards to updating ebenefits. You've met your MSC before. But as far as finding out who your MSC is, your PEBLO should be able to tell you.

Well it says the claim is complete and should be sent out VIA mail. Has anyone heard of actually recieving their findings or what? When they complete your ratings does it go back digitally to PEB or do they get it mailed? Does anyone have an average time frame for 199s to be typed up? I cant believe there is light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you for all the help everyone here continues to provide.

When the VA completes you ratings the send the back to the PEB not to the soldiers it then take the PEB 1-3 weeks maybe longer to type up your 199 and send it back to you PEBLO, once you sign your 199 then you await for your retirement/separation date and orders
If you dont mind me asking. Can you refer me to the PEBLO that emailed your unfit memo. My peble told me they dont give those out.

I got the same story from my PEBLO about the unfit letter. I was asking about it and my PEBLO didn't seem to have access to a copy of it. I'm beginning to learn that the PEBLOs are very different. I informed my PEBLO my eBenefits updated and it would seem that my PEBLO can't see anything until the 199 is written up. Maybe I just need to ask the right questions.
I was able to get my unfit memo from another PEBLO besides my own. My Unfit memo was send to VA Seattle on 15 Feb. Still nothing on my ebenfits. My MSC never returns my calls or emails. I know I havent been waiting as long as most but some transparecny with the process would be nice.
I didn't hear from VA for 120+ days....come to find out I needed an additional test. VA rep just sat on it it as an incomplete claim. Hopefully Friday after I complete this final, however unnecessary, exam I won't have to wait another 120 days to get ratings. Glad to see people moving on but can't say I'm not jealous.

So I did an IRIS inquiry last week and got the reply today. They told me I'm in the "decision phase" and waiting for the rating team to review it. Not sure if thats the same as the "Review of Evidence" phase that's showing in my ebenefits. With that, the email also said their records show I was discharged 2 years ago.. of course I'm still in the Army, going through IDES, that's just when I left the enlisted side. I decided to call the infamous VA 1-800 #, got quite the depressing sounding rep on the line who pretty much told me nothing useful. She said I'm in the "Gathering of evidence" stage and blah blah blah.. of course I figured she had no clue what she was talking about so I just ended that convo. My unfit memo was sent recently so I know I may have to wait but if this is any sign of what the VA is all about then I guess I'll prepare to wait a while. Absolutely ridiculous.
