Wow that is beyond disappointing, I'm sorry that you are experiencing that. I just showed up at medical with my va findings and they left for a moment and came back with it signed...does that push you PTDY and terminal leave back?

I signed on 28Apr2025 as well, I just got back off leave and I see I got my OIX PDRL message Friday. RAD 29June2025

So do yall think the OIX messages coming out once per month now?

I Like your plan, I keep going back and forth with that selling and taking leave days...I was thinking similar to you... use some and sell some...

Thank you I just emailed them as well. I think I emailed them once before prematurely however they were very responsive.

True the whole INDEX thing and if it was received is throwing me off...I saw a few people on this forum say stay proactive because soemthing was never sent and another person missed their first retirement date because the command didnt see the OIX message....
