I went from it will be deposited in your account to your not entitled all in the same week. I talked with the attorney I was provided with and it was in my account a couple days later.

All I can say is stay on them. Make phone calls, what ever it takes.

I contacted the Jag lawyer that handled my case while I was still active.

I can't help much bu the DA199 form is Army. I was also told check was processed then told I would not recieve the taxes back and called my Jag lawyer and the money was in my account within a week.

Well, after 4 months of misinformation, frustration and being lied to I woke up to a $33,000 deposit in my account today. The system may be flawed but the sqeaky wheel gets the grease.

I recieved my severance the day of my discharge. I keep seeing about the discharge code's but that is a DA form and I was Navy, where would I find my code? I went from DFAS saying my refund was processed and would be in my account in 3 days to "you are not entitiled to a refund". Phone calls and...

You can file the paperwork from post 6 20 days after discharge to recoup from DFAS or wait untill tax time and get it from the IRS. I would go with option 1.

Mine is worse in the kness, sucks.

Those can be hard on you, especialy the colchicine. I'm on Allopurinol now and have not had a flare in about 4 months and its not nearly as hard on your stomach.
