Its crazy... its one Senior Chief and a couple of others that really help everyone (especially Navy) in that group and then people just go behind their backs to go snitch on them. It is what is wrong with the service and one of the main reasons I cannot wait to leave.

Have you heard of the third officer stage? I have heard different things about what it is. Some say that there are three officers that review the PEB and need to review the case before releasing the findings. I have also heard that the third officer is the "tie-breaker" if a fit/unfit decision...

What is this program mainly used for though? I am on day 127 of waiting on a decision (since sending the packet to Corpus Cristi) and I am doing a Skill Bridge program to occupy my time. At this point.. I am looking to take advantage of any program that is available for us in this shitty situation.

My IDES attorney had told me that they are down to 2 medical review officers when they used to have 5. Not sure if its a manning issue or a COVID issue. They went from processing 50-60 cases a week to about 20. smh. Hopefully, you find out soon! Also would it be IG complaint or an ICE complaint?
