Some corpsman put in their notes (which wasn't on the NARSUM) that my unfitting condition was prior service. so because of that asshole the PEB didn't give me 30%. I know this will be the last time I screwed over by the Corps.... And yes if I ask for a reconsideration they can come back and say...

The DOD doesn't always follow the VA ratings for the unfitting condition. The VA rated my unfitting condition at 30%. This process has mentally drained me and my family Im done. I have no more fight left Im just looking forward to getting rid of this shit already. Gave 8 years to this gun club...

0 DOD/ 100 VA. it is what it is I didn't expect to much from the DOD. im just glad this part is over now I can check out and wait for my EAS to post......

Yesterday when I got the call was 28 days when the PEB accepted my ratings. now the VA may have sent them on 25 Feb, but the PEB didn't accept them until 29 Feb. 2 more hours and I will get to review everything. Wheres the fast forward button haha.

Most defiantly the PEB sends the VA your unfit determination letter. But just know that you will have roughly a month after the VA sends the ratings back to the PEB for your findings to come in depending on your branch.

Luckily my MSC is awesome never stop helping and he is by the book to. It also helps that he use to be a rater for the VA so he's been very helpful with the entire process. But the Peblos have been the issue. I finally got a hold of the one that actually cares to help or give status updates...

congrats. I finally got ahold of my peblo and this one was cool he told me that the PEB accepted my ratings on 29 Feb vice 25 Feb so he said that he should be calling me next week I hope so.....
