Do you happen to know if your friend got rated separately for OA and the BIL FAIs? Because I was told they will only rate one condition for the hip, and also Title 38 says OA has to be in two or more major joints to get 20%. I'm having a LOT of anxiety over this...in my "bad" (disqualifying)...
