What are they suggesting the underlying factor could be for your syrinx?

I know this thread is old, but were you automatically placed into a MEB? Also how were your profiles written? Mine is permanent but currently only addressing sit ups and not section 5.

They currently say I'm not a surgical candidate. They went ahead and gave me a referral to Neuro and Sports MED.

Update 02: Received a P2 for Lower Back Pain (Scoliosis). Its progress but doesn't address the main issue. Will continue to keep everybody updated. I wanna be able to help the next solider.
