update: I will not receive my brief for probably another week, no date has been set yet. However, i was told that the IPEB recommendation was permanent retirement. Looking forward to seeing actual percentages.

I think the PEBLO has been around for awhile now, not entirely sure though. My CIS pretty much said i can perform my job when i am there but i have missed 25+ days in less then a year so he recommended that they do not retain me.
