I am not too worried about getting over the 30%. My intention is to try and max out the DOD 75%. I am fairly certain I will get at least 70%. But the difference for me to go from 70-75% is a few hundred dollars a month. My DOD will be a higher payment at both 70-75 then 100% VA.
