I got denied as well (today) and I have all u have listed plus my knee. They only consider what the va rated the first time. I am also looking into what to do next.

Well, I got my letter and was denied. Has anyone ever filed a suit in court? The only thing is my PTSD was diagnosed a few years after I got out but it is combat related. Any Suggestions or should I just leave it alone?

In May, I finally got an email stating that they had my med records and is sent to adjudication. Not sure how long the process is, I’m thinking a year. Anyone able to give me a bit of a step by step process from this point?

They still don’t have My medical records. I emailed them To Inquire and they suggested I send in a cd of my medical records From the va. I have that and I also requested my records from dod and will send them in together. Has anyone else gone thru this?

I don’t think it shows until ur complete? I’m not sure. It seems when i look it up, only completed ones are there. I could be wrong tho. I’ve only checked here. I’m not sure if there is another place to check http://boards.law.af.mil/AF_PDBR.htm

its been 6 months since they said they were collecting my medical records. They still don't have it. Is it normal to take so long? They told me beginning of march they received my letter and collecting med records from army and va
