Just sent my attorney my proof that I requested a VARR with my ROM exam that was supposed to be sent off by my PEBLO. Hoping we can have my case reopened since they straight up didn't process my VARR. Looks like we're in the exact same boat now.

Just got an email from my lawyer. He said my case is “finalized”… Do you think that means they never even processed it? I sent a new ROM exam, so it’s not like the PEB could not send it to the VA to be re-rated right? ROM isn’t really a negotiable factor if I understand that correctly.

Ugh. So frustrating. I just want to know who the hell dropped the ball. They are seriously playing game with the wrong one. I don't tolerate any sort of this shit. Can't wait to find out what happened. Hopefully my VA MSC can provide some info by Thursday when she goes on leave.

So they closed it and it was marked closed as of November 2021, and the one above it stays open, but that was open and updated as of December 9th, 2021 when my most recent VA exam went in. Today is 5 weeks of nothing back. My PEBLO doesn't do shit. She's older and counts down till her retirement...

Well, I don’t know what branch you are or what your paperwork looked like, but all of mine never asks if you are pending any Admin actions, it specifically asks if you are pending PEB/PEB findings, and I along with everyone else at my command has been told that the PEB supercedes and the covid...

Key word is MEB. OP is past the MEB phase. Once in PEB/awaiting PEB findings/awaiting separation or retirement, the process is different. MEB is before a package is even compiled or sent off to be evaluated by the board.

That’s not always true. I saw someone get medically retired over their admin sep for the covid vaccine refusal.
