Yes, I did. I submitted it on 19 JAN, rec'd at IPEB on 23 JAN, and rec'd back with new rating on 03 Feb .. and I was notified yesterday. I thought that it went rather quickly. The lawyer at JAG was very effective in assisting me write my reconsideration letter and providing my case.
