Hmmm....I have been in the "preparation for decision" phase for 90+days. The estimated claim completion date was 9/26/14. I don't see what is taking so long, all of the paperwork has already been written in the IDES process. In fact, this phase, during IDES only took 31 days.

So, after being medically separated with 100% VA proposed ratings (Jun 27th), I am finally able to check my Ebenefits again. Tonight, I noticed that my original claim from the MEB had been "closed". A new claim was opened on 6/28/2014....which I completely understand. What I don't understand...

Warrior, I completely understand! My assigned attorney during the initial MEB portion was simply useless, and has subsequently been relieved of duties on the SMEBC.
