So far, I've had 60 days, in 30 day increments approved by my flt commander. That is the work around, but I was told I cannot get more than that.

AD AF, had L5-S1 spinal fusion and discectomy 1 March I have been on con leave since then. My spine surgeon (civi) recommended that I be on con leave at least until July and submitted documentation as to why he thinks it is necessary. My PA military provider says con leave in excess of 49 days...
