MEB for: Ankylosing Spondylitis

Foot, knee,hip pain in summer of 2013.Shoulder pain started in 2014. Back and neck pain started 2015. 3 March 2016 autoimmune panel, flagged C-reactive protein. Saw rheum July 2016,diagnosed in Sept 2016 with Ankylosing Spondylitis. Started Humira Sept 2016. Switched to Enbrel Jan 2017.

13 Dec 2016 - Initial NARSUM was accomplished.
16-19Dec 2016 - package sent to DAWG/IRILO-Full MEB ordered
21 Dec 2016 - DAWG/IRILO decision sent to AFPC
6 Jan 2017 - AFPC said full MEB required
7 - 13 Jan 2017 - Initial PEBLO inbrief. Entered IDED 13 Jan 2017
22 Feb 2017 - VA rep entered disability claims
9 Mar 2017 - Recieved VA C&P exam appts (by FEDEX mail)
15,17,22 Mar - 17 Apr 2017 - C&P Exams scheduled
