Peblo has no idea and my unit said be patient.. Still no word

I've signed and accepted my rating on March 1-2011 and my Peblo tells me it takes about 2 weeks for orders to get cut. It's been about 6 weeks now and still no word. Just wondering off people's experience how long does it usually take? Also is there anybody other than Peblo I can call to check...
