Thank you Colonel Mike. Yeah I’m Air Force. I reached out to them a couple of weeks ago and they just gave me a generic statement saying I don’t have to do anything else. My approval award letter is already with DFAS and they are ones who will handle it and my backpay.

I just found this, it has been over 6 months since the ruling. I wonder when they are going to start sending out the backpay payments. Has anyone received theirs yet?

My friend gets CRSC and he said he received a letter today about backpay and the Soto Supreme Court case. He said the letter said they are working on it. Did anyone else receive a letter from DFAS?

Well hopefully after the Soto Supreme Court Case win they’ll backpay me more than just the 6 years they did for my CRSC.

No, I just called DFAS and a week later an auditor called me out of the blue.

I thought of using a lawyer, but I went ahead and did it myself. Most of the things they were looking for in my case was the terminology in my medical records matching up with GW pr the burn pits.

Good morning, well an auditor called me yesterday and said my audit is done and they released my retropay last night. Took just at 3 months. Now just waiting for the bank to process it through.

I called them last month and they said mine is still being audited.

I thought I saw him on a CRSC forum topic the other day, but I am not sure.
