Im active duty in the IDES process and I just received my VARR DA199 and saw a rating increase from
40%VA --> 100%
30%DOD pdrl--> 100% tdrl
which is fantastic...
Then my PEBLO told me that it is taking the Seattle RO 4-5 months...
So I have finally received my ratings back from the VARR (took almost 4 months)...

I dont know if its comforting to hear that they mess up on everyone, or if it makes me sad how bad of shape that organization is in right now. Once i get my 100% im going to have a lot of free time...
