My Division you can only take a maximum of 30 days terminal, 10 PTDY and 20 Leave. I will likely have to sell back days

I didn't get a timeline but my timeframe seems to match others. You can take take leave once you get your NARSUM, but as far as terminal leave I think it depends on what your orders say and instillation policy.
