Sir, at what point of this process would you receive notification of your No Later Date to be released from service?

When did you start the process or should I day when were referred to IDES?

I have a two questions if anyone could provide some experience. 1. When can you appeal during the IDES process if found unfit? 2. Has anyone been placed on assignment after being recently found fit for duty?

My behavioral health psychiatrist is recommending med board for psychiatric P3. Is the NARSUM written by the psychiatrist or your PCM? What happens when you appeal a NARSUM?

Can someone tell me at what point in this process will you receive your retirement date? How long is taking on average from the start of referral to IDES to the time of retirement is it taking to be medically retired?
