    Finally, NVLSP submitted my CRSC Reconsideration today. Hope to get words from them soon.

    Submitting a CRSC package using NVLAP

    My 199 and separation order did say mine are combat related. My DOD is 100% for PTSD, 100% for Asthma, COPD with no CAB, and VA is 100% Total and Permanent Disability. I called them in Dec 2021 to ask them about asthma presumptive changed in Sep 2021.As today, mine is not submitted yet.I wait...

    ASTHMA just approved for gulf war presumptive.

    I was in Iraq 2006, I got 100% Asthma which rated on May 06, 2007. Got denied CRSC in 2020. I wonder if they will approve for Iraq Vets.

    NVLSP is taking care of mine since 04/2017, was denied on 07 Feb 2020, now they are preparing my reconsideration.I hope they will resubmit in next few months.

    Congrats! I was denied at 100% Asthma on 07 Feb 2020. I am going to ask for reconsideration.

    I just got 100% service connected on 06 Aug 2012 and I am still in National Guard ( total 14 years in service both Active and National Guard). What should I do to get medical retired?

    My asthma get worse after came back from Iraq ( asthma 60%), I got diabetic while in active duty (20%), back pain happen while I was in Iraq (20%) ,PTSD (50%).I did not see any specialist. All I saw are the doctor at VA hospital.

    As 30 July 2012, I am still in National Guard with 90% rated compensation from VA. My unit just send me to get PHA. My PA told me that my diabetic and asthma is not service connected( I have LOD for both ).My question is how come VA award me 60% for asthma and 20% for diabetic? I have 14 years...
