Looks like were are neck and neck. hopefully orders come within the week.

I received my 199 march 24th . signed it and sent it for SEC Army approval. any idea of that wait time so far.

I am hoping it is enroute. Are you just waiting for yours to be signed or do you know if it has been written up yet?

That's what I feared, but previous to the completion date being shown (about 2 weeks ago) my PEBLO said that my paperwork was just awaiting signature. That led me to believe that once this completion date appeared (today) that it meant It was signed. I have been constantly bugging my PEBLO

My real question I guess is if a completion date shows up on the Dashboard for the "PEB FINDINGS", does that mean the 199 received final signature and is being sent to me to sign?

How long did you wait to receive your 199 to sign?

VA Rating 02/10/2016 PEB Findings????? In Germany, hoping that most people's timelines for this has been about a month (from VA finding to receiving 199) does this seem to be the case from what people have seen or heard?
