Yeah, this process is madening to say the least, its like they are trying to get us just to give up and take what they give us, and whats really sad is that if the peblo messes something up after the 4 month aggonizing wait to just find out it needs to be resubmitted....ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Question is I have been in for 16 years, still have obligated service till the end of 2014 this will put me over 18, will this change my benefits, will I get a differen't rating...
