It's been a long process. I received an upgrade from the AFDRB from OTH to General Under Honorable. I'm 50% service connected for PTSD. I applied to the AFBCMR and received their opinions back in September. There are limited resources to help with Discharge Upgrades but I received the most help...

Does anyone know if trial council from a court-martial can serve as the legal advisor or recorder for the administrative discharge board?
