Hello all, I will keep you all posted on the progress of my case as well. I was assigned case number 1 and received a letter about 10 days after my original submission outlining a general procedure for adjuticating my case. Nothing more since.

I was discharged 30 April, 2002. Sorry meant 294, It did not ask for the DD214, I am sure they will collect this in their records search. I included nothing more than my original PEB with 30% recommending retirement, the new PEB when the board in DC changed it and my VA rating. Kept it simple as...

Jason, hope to get your opinion the the Disability Review Board that is standing up. In 2002, the PEB returned a 30% disability rating for me and recommended retirement. I accepted this and began out-processing. I was within 3 weeks of my retirement date, when I am called back in to the PEBLO...

Has anyone gone through the Physical Disability Board of Review process yet? Does anyone know the process or regulation to get started? K
