Decided to call and check as well. Was given the same similar response by a civilian named Mike. Basically said waiting on VA to send medical records and when they got them they would continue review and send results back to the army if necessary.

I understand this and did not list all my conditions for review with the PDBR for this reason. Maybe I should have though since reading the changes put out http://www.dtic.mil/whs/directives/c...df/604044p.pdf. Should have listed the SA with CPAP.
What keeps it from happening? The board is advised against retribution with its rating not the VAs rating. As far as special consideration goes, if this was not all a game for the board they would only have to acess at the same rate as the VA. This shouldn't take 6 months for atleast one much...

I too, sent a request for review of my records for separation to the PDBR. I received notice back, it is in the system and to wait. I was given a low docket number................:(....................
