another ? when do you get your severance pay?

My packet took 5 months at the PEB they are running behind here at Lewis but hang in there you are almost done.

My 199 was done and sent back to the peb on aug 16 the peblo told me that I had another 90 days till I would be able to leave but he didnt tell me when that starts is it when I get my orders? And do you have to wait 90 days I have heard of people picking the day they get out and not waiting 90...

With the permissive TDY can you take the rest of your leave with it or not?
