    Peblo was the one that told me that they would contact me about ratings I was kind of confused I thought peblos where the ones that give you ratings.

    I'm a Marine..maybe you are too...if not, your branch may be different. However, USMC-Military PEBLOs that you've never met will call and give your ratings. MMSR-4 assigns your EAS after you've accepted your ratings. I don't know everything but this is how it went for myself and everyone else that I know.
