    TDRL exam to results

You are probably right. I guess that is why I put the question out there so I could get advice on the best way forward, which is legal counseling who are SMEs in this. During my legal counseling when going through the PEB, my lawyer said that going TDRL is typically the initial step of being...

    TDRL exam to results

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I have searched all over this site for relevant information and this is the closest thread I could find. When you go in for your TDRL re-examination, is it processed as if you are going through a PEB again? Does it go back to D.C. and re-evaluated by a line...

Yeah. The next step was to decide 1 of 4 options: Accept the findings - normal time to discharge/retirement, Accept findings and submit a request for Permanent Limited Duty to service headquarters, Request a one-time VA rating reconsideration, or demand/request a formal hearing.

    TDRL process and timeline...

I recieved my IPEB findings back. I got 40% VA, 0% DoD and to be placed on TDRL. I am trying to educate...

    Bipolar MEB timeline

yeah, when my status changed to "Decision letter sent" I got the phone call that day from my PEBLO. It all depends on your PEBLO. If you don't hear from your PEBLO in a day, I'd call him/her.

At Randolph now... Formal board tomorrow

How did it go? I will more than likely be facing a formal board later on. Just waiting on my VA rating now.

Thanks, Mike. Correct, however the problem I had was that I couldn't calm down in the hospital being around those patients. So sleep was impossible. The good thing going for me is that both my doctor and the VA doctor who evaluated me both concurred that sleep deprevation played a huge role in...

    Continuing in the same branch

Becoming an MD is a pipe dream at the moment. I have worked strenous work hours in the past as a firefighter/EMT. Working and living onboard a ship in a Surface Warfare Officer capacity was the main problem for me. My apologies! I wrote this post in haste before I had to be somewhere and...

    Continuing in the same branch

I have been reading this site for a few hours now and plan on following it for the remainder of my process. Does anyone have any experience with getting found fit and then switching to a different branch? I am in the Navy and my doctor initiated my MEB process with an IPEB recommending me...
