VA is only furloughing the non IDES or DRAS personnal that means if you are MEB out of the service you will still be helped. Also the PCS on hold doesnt apply to ETS or retirement and MEB personnal

where are you seeing this information in your paperwork i have looked at all the NARSUM and unfit memo from both VA and Army but still cant find it

been waiting 165 days from the start. 6 june was the unfit memo and it has been PREPARATION FOR DECISION since 7 june.

been sitting at the same point for awhile now my case is not difficult 1 unfit and 6 other claims i have been checking everwhere to see if it can be moved up or what the hold up is the only part for IDES system that is not working right is VA

i was told the samething. my paperwork has been in "Rating" phase since June 6 when i was told i was unfit for duty.
