No DA199 just yet, the VA has requested a records review on 2 minor conditions. So waiting for that to be completed first.

I requested an IMR the day I got my NARSUM on Dec 29, I had to wait to meet with the meb attorney on Jan 5. We got the IMR memo written and submitted the same day. On Jan 8 I got my IMR results back with a new NARSUM. There were some edits made to some conditions and like 2 (fit) conditions...

Update #5 December 29 - NARSUM received January 5 - legal review/ IMR submitted January 8 - IMR returned/ NARSUM appeal requested February 2 - NARSUM appeal submitted February 4 - final NARSUM returned and sent to PEB

I agree. I’m well over a month since I’ve gotten my initial NARSUM, but I want it on record I disagree with the meb findings and it did give me time to gather additional evidence.

Waiting for my NARSUM appeal to be completed and sent to the PEB before I do another update
