More like the va should adopt the DoD rating. Va is lower. it was the first time legal, and my peblo office saw a case like it. It was my election to leave quicker so I didn't appeal.

I'm not sure. I don't think the va got all the documentation. I can confirm your response with retirement services. They never had a case like mine, but I do get the difference. Tax being the limiting factor. My peblo was convinced that I only receive one or the other.
