My status is preparation for decesion.

Hi, does anybody know the timeframe for a quick start claim at san diego? My status has been sitting on the 5th status bar i think its considered for decesion since October and hasnt changed. Anybody have a timeframe?

Ok I am trying to find out if they use the BESD or BASD when figuring out years in service for severance pay? I have a 3 year difference so that is why I'm asking. Thanks in advance for your help.
