Sent new email to PEBLO and AFW2 showing they received document on 12 December 25
PEBLO stated case was resubmitted - 8 January 26
12 January 26 - MyFSS case closed again because it was submitted incorrectly for the second time. Waiting to hear back from PEBLOs and hopefully third time is a charm whenever they decide to resubmit my case again.

13 January 26 - Case closed again!!! Case was submitted again (FOURTH TIME) and closed again the same day for more issues with submission.
14 January 26 - Emailed leadership emailed PEBLO emailed PEBLOs leadership.

I am making an IG complaint for the PEBLO office at my base because this process has had so many issues on their part and I know I am not the only one.

21 January 26 - Got my first MyFSS email!!!!!!!!!! YAY!!! progress!!!! Already told my VA rating months ago from MSC at the VA so hoping this goes by quickly.

Maybe try to set up an appointment with the office of soldiers counsel. They are the legal team that deal with IDES cases and might be able to help.

Interesting, I wonder if trying to call the VA to speak to a supervisor might help. Also, you can try to reach out to another PEBLO or a supervisor there. I had to do that when my PEBLO was on leave. Doesn't hurt to try I guess.

My PEBLO sent all the documents and my ratings this morning, 70% AF TDRL, 100% VA P&T. - Trying to get some information why I am on the TDRL and not PDRL but PEBLO, who I trust with a grain of salt, says that all mental health conditions get put on the TDRL list. Can anyone give an input or information on this. I did also reach out to the ODC and will talk with them next week.

This would make sense if it’s similar to the VA. As far as I know all mental health conditions get reviewed after like 1-2 years post service as well.

11 February 26 - Made IPEB elections and sent to PEBLO. PEBLO sent my documents to AFPC awaiting orders, can see case in myFSS that it was updated today. CC gave 7 days PTDY and I have 40 days of leave expecting a retirement date around mid-April but waiting to see. 19 weeks pregnant and ready to move on with my new life.
