vMPF and other things are working now.Anyone know if MilPDS being down is not allowing orders to drop?
It is TDRL. Going to get set up at the nearest VA Center to continue treatment. Am I mistaken that the re-evaluation for PTSD within 6 months is only DOD side and doesn’t affect VA? That’s what I was under the impression of, cause even if they take my MH to 0% from 70% after the re-evaluation I’ll still be 50% DOD. Thanks!did you get PDRL? Thanks I emailed separations/retirements this morning and they haven’t responded or opened my checklistvMPF and other things are working now.
So DOD is what is at stake for TDRL and if the lower it to zero then you lose your retirement if that is the only unfitting condition that you have. You lose Tricare for you and your family for life!!! The DOD% is the MOST IMPORTANT. That's because a VA rating can always be changed so if lowered you can fight to get it back up. If they take you from 70% to 0% gonig from TDRL to PDRL you lose everything and get a small severance check instead and unless the condition was combat related that severance check would be recouped by any VA pay you get for that very same condition with the VA.It is TDRL.
