They held me up going to code 37 because once your are 37 they have suspense's they are required to meet and if they aren't ready they don't want to bust them.

You can call and request a telephone consult. I'm not sure if it is the same everywhere but where I'm stationed they are required to call you back within 72 hours.

I filled out a "worksheet" for my PCM but it was just something she put together to make sure she gathered all the necessary information. Mine at least wasn't anything very formal.

Does the VA look at my complete medical history or just the C&P exam report. I had an IMR and they recommended throwing out my C&P report as it was full of mistakes. Thanks for the help and the quick reply.

Before I had even signed my 618 my eBens status changed to Preparation For Decision . Has anyone else had this happen? Is it normal?

UPDATE **Jun 8 2015-Signed 618 and packet sent to IPEB** Just playing the waiting game now. Hope to get the ratings back quickly as I am sure most are. Anyone have any insight as to how long this may take or is it just luck of the draw? Peblo says 1-2 months.

Was wondering if you had an update on this? I received my C&P exam report and it says I have shin splints instead of compartment syndrome. I'm writing a rebuttal/requesting IMR. What was your course of action. Thanks, hope to hear from you soon.

Update **May 27 2015- Received C&P exam report. Not happy.** Writing a rebuttal and trying to get an IMR. While I was there I thought the trip and exam was a waste of time and now after reading the report I know it was. The Doctor didn't exam me or listen to anything I said.
