I think everyone is different but For me the day the second claim went historical was the day the Va sent back my ratings to PEB for findings.

My claim went historical and complete on 27MAY. That is a long time for Unfit. Mine was sent to PEB 5 May and I received my unfit memo for all 6 conditions on 11 May. It was transmitted to Va and they opened and started a new claim on 13May and it just closed on 27 May. So Hopefully I will get...
