I'm glad it worked out for you and you're on your way! Quick question: in your original post, you mentioned "no approving signature within 30 days." Do you mean the second signature? I'm closing in fast on 30 days myself. Who caught the 30 day resubmission requirement? You? Your PCM?

Thanks for the info. This is exactly what I'm looking for. Most other people that have contacted me have said it was about 3 days at most from flash to bang on the second signature. It just feels like my case is lost in the ether.

10 May- P3 submitted by PCM. 1 June- Still waiting for P3 second signature. No contact. No idea what's going on.

How long did it take from the time your PCM submitted your P3 until you received the second signature? I'm currently at 16 days and I'm kind of at a loss since the IDES/MEB/PEB will happen at a different installation than I am stationed.

So, I'm still waiting for the second signature on the P3. How long should I wait before I contact someone, and who (other than my PCM) should I contact? Again, Novosel's MEBs are being handled by whatever installation Fort Lee, VA is now. Any helpful advice would be most appreciated.
