Wow that’s terrible. I really hope you get an answer soon. I do hear right now that the BCNR is being investigated by the DoD and even some people are suing the BCNR for taking too long and not following their own timeframes. I think those nvlsp guys are leading the charge on that.

I understand. I’m not trying to take someone’s place in line away. I was just curious if it works. Almost everyone including my lawyer has advocated it.

There were other doctors as well who I saw while I was in and none of them ever said I had an adjustment disorder.

My lawyer got the email from The BCNR conforming that it was sent in and gave him the docket number. He never told me about anything like an email address that I could contact the BCNR by.

I’m waiting for the 2019 results to be posted. I heard it was gonna be posted January 31st but nothing.

Can you please show me the email I can use to contact them? I hear they won’t tell you anything if your case hasn’t been in for 18 months but at this point I think 12.5 months is close enough. The worst they can do is say no.
