Does anyone know if the IPEB is quicker while going through an LDES instead of the IDES?

Hey all, Had my general eval appointment scheduled mid august, and then canceled the day before on their end. I have reached out multiple times to both my PEBLO and VA liaison and have gotten nowhere with them. Any recommendations on moving forward with this? Or should I just sit here...
