PEB received our packages at the same time. I imagine we will be in the process together. To answer your question: I believe it only means that they received it. I heard that it has been taking some time for them to get a fit/unfit memo.

Yeah I've read enough on this forum, and that's the way it seems for DepNav. I guess we just have to be patient. Might as well try to do our jobs to the best of our abilities and put some money into savings. I'll continue to post with each update!
