Current Timeline: Active Duty USMC - Camp Lejeune

I have no idea. They keep it pretty mysterious.

I only found out once or twice through my lawyer's paralegal (DES legal).

Good question. I signed on May 26. Still haven't received an update. My adjutant is keeping a look out for the message from MMSR4.

It sounds like yours was submitted a month after mine. I imagine you should hear something soon.

I wasn't up for the FPEB fight, so I signed for separation with severance (tax free & no va recoupment).

My lawyer says I have a strong case. He thinks dod rated it as 0% as a "hook up" so I didn't have to pay the severance back.

How is everything looking for you? I'm in a similar situation. Went up to the IPEB for TBI but not PTSD. I had tried to get it added beforehand but my PEBLO is horrible. It came back unfit, 0% dod, 100% va. I'm taking it to the FPEB to get it added.

Nevermind. I just reread your post. Basically, it sounds like if I go with CHAMPVA for my family they would have to use express scripts to reduce cost?

Thanks for the info! That sounds encouraging. The PEBLO told me that they are 4-6 months but that they are at a stand still and expect to be longer than that here soon.

    Medical Backpay?

I'll look for it. I'm definitely on the fence about taking the offer. I have four decision matrices going. Lol

Looks like eligibility deadline for separation ends in 2009. Thanks for the info though

    CHAMPVA Deep Dive

My wife has a ton of medical issues. It's really for her that I'm looking into everything before I make a decision. Is the soldiers council MEB attorney for Marines also? I'm speaking with mine on Monday. Him and I sort of brainstormed the possibility that this would happen. If I remember...
