I was notified by VES that I have c&p exam for two referred conditions I am already 100% proposed rating without them. Anyone ever experienced this? I don’t want to stay in any longer I am wondering if I can withdraw those claims.

Update case closed on Va April 28,2023. Got my VA rating 100% waiting on DOD rating. Anyone know how long that will be?

Out time is close my case was sent to PEB Jan. 27 2023. I wonder if I can see my proposed ratings…

From from the date you where found unfit

I was told if your case was sent to PEB and you haven’t heard from your peblo within 3 weeks than your unfit. PFD doesn’t mean to much. I just know from looking at lot people cases on this website people are getting their ratings between 2 and half months to 3.

Your peblo is full crap he just doesn’t want you calling him. Your peblo just wants to notified once you get your DOD rating and your VA. To me it’s sounds like the peblo wants be lazy.

It’s just VA bull crap basically you’re waiting for a senior rator to look over your case.

You find out in your unfit by asking your peblo or sometimes your ides attorney knows.

Did they say your in PFD also what date were you found unfit? I know if it’s in PFD it still can take for ever I was PFD in September but was found unfit until February. A lot people say your VA time clock doesn’t start until you’re found unfit which usually take 3 months from that date.

Just ask question you feel are important just as you would anything. They usually can look little more into depth of the case than the 1800 number. It’s a hit or miss I made 4 appointments and the last one I talked to he process medboards so lucked out.

I would say you were found unfit 3 weeks after sent to PEB. My case was sent to PEB Jan 27 I called the VA they said they received unfit notification. Call Vera and set appointment there more senior knowledgable people at the VA then just calling the 1800 number but sometimes that’s a hit or miss
