I know you had a similar date to me. yesterday I was feeling frustrated so I gave in and called the VA like 40 minutes before they closed. I only made that call because of your post. Today will be 99 days, I've had proposed ratings since Friday evening and they sent it back to PEB on Monday...

I’m a few days behind you. I’m hoping for something in the weeks to come but I also had a lot of claims so idk.

This was the case with me as well. The VA had me in the decision phase months before I was found unfit. I believe it was just them acknowledging that they had some info but they reassured me that it wouldn’t move to a rater until after the PEB finished.

VA is reporting 90-120 days for ratings and then probably another month and a half to two months before you get out completely. That’s if everything works out and you’re happy with your findings.

I was found unfit the day after you. At this point people have been saying between 90-120 days you'll hear something. Hopefully we hear something soon.

Virginia. My MSC just emailed and said "Good Morning, Your claim is still in review to determine proposed rating decision. Please keep in mind this process can take up to a year to all come to an end." I'm assuming he's talking about the PEB process as a whole... I'm 9 months in.
