How long did it take you to receive Voc Rehab or Post 9/11 payments?

After being approved for Voc Rehab (or Post 9/11), how long did it take you to start receiving pay from the day your education plan was approved? I plan on using Voc Rehab, but with the Post 9/11 BAH rate and I keep hearing that some vets haven't gotten paid until the semester is almost over. I...

Civilian Treatment Once Retired or Separated

Tricareonline.com has the short version of my medical records online. Do you think these shortened versions of medical records will suffice? (I'm talking about the Tricare Online Blue Button by the way.)

    Final Physical Required?

My unit medical representative just signed it and put a note that my MEB counted as my final physical, so I ended up not having to do it. Whoever the liaison is between your naval unit and your PEBLO might be able to do something similar.

Civilian Treatment Once Retired or Separated

If you choose to seek civilian care instead of going to the VA for treatment, how do civilian doctors access your medical records to look at your medical history? Do you have to bring them by hand are do the VA or Tricare have them electronically on file for the civilian doctors to look at? Thanks!

Soldiers and sailors act and lease

Separation/Retirement orders are enough to break your lease, as long as you give your landlord 30 days notice.

    Patrick AFB Timeline ~ Frustrated!

Call 210-565-0102 and I think they have an option for retirees, and you can speak to a representative (a rep helped me with a bunch of retirement related questions...can't remember the exact option i chose). You can also call the USAF Wounded Warrior hotline to speak to a representative if you...

    Finally Ebenefits movement!

That's not necessarily a bad thing. This is the explanation I was given about changing E-benefits dates from @Pronovice : My case switched to a closer sets of dates just like that 14 days ago and I got a call from my military PEBLO to come for a talk shortly after that, today. (8 days after my...
