So my question is after all is said and done and I get orders, how does the process work with leave? I have 40 days accrued but I’m trying to sell a good amount back. I guess my question is do I have to take leave and if I do how much would you guys recommend I take?

Guessing my memo was pushed up and accepted since I never heard anything from my PEBLO? Hoping so anyway. Anyone know how fast on average the process is sped up by the memo?

Update: 24 March 2022: Paperwork for Expedite Memo submitted. PEBLO said she would forward it to her supervisor to get sent to the board. Hoping this speeds things up a little bit.

I will start doing this then. I been bugging my PEBLO a lot so it shouldn’t be anything new lol.

Do you know how to find out if the PEB determines you unfit or fit? Is my PEBLO supposed to notify me or is there something I can check?
